Jàk Territorial Park

Just outside the community of Inuvik, this park features an observation tower with beautiful views of the surrounding scenery and prime bird watching. Watch for falcons, eagles and ducks, our summer residents. There is an abundance of cranberries, blueberries and cloudberries that give the park its name, Jàk means berry in the local indigenous language, Gwich'in.

Facilities:
There are 11 powered campsites and 25 non-powered campsites at the park.
